3pm is supporting our client by providing NEC4 Project Management and Planning services for the delivery of a new build 50MW AI hyperscale data centre. The facility will provide highly resilient, high-density infrastructure to support intensive artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads within a mission-critical environment.

Our role spans programme management, procurement, planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement and NEC4 contract administration, coordinating complex design, utility and construction interfaces across power, cooling, controls, security and network systems within a fast-track delivery environment.

We provide robust administration of the NEC4 contract and maintain an integrated programme aligning design development, procurement, enabling works, construction, commissioning and handover. This includes management of early warnings, compensation events, programme acceptance, risk reduction meetings and contractual communications, while maintaining visibility of key interfaces, critical path activities and emerging delivery risks.

The scale, technical complexity and pace of the programme demand rigorous governance, disciplined planning and proactive coordination. Through detailed schedule assurance, collaborative risk management and close management of design, utility, long-lead equipment and commissioning interfaces, 3pm is helping the client maintain delivery momentum while protecting safety, quality, operational resilience and commercial outcomes.
