A highly driven and organised individual, Tom has extensive experience in delivering highly automated machinery and new utility projects to the manufacturing sector. Recognised as a positive leader, Tom has led engineering teams from the front on several complex automated manufacturing projects, as well as delivering projects in highly regulated environments. He is passionate about technically challenging engineering projects and achieving the most out of stakeholder engagement through a positive and effective communication plan.

Tom holds a degree in a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Aberdeen and has achieved qualifications in Agile Project Management.
