Since joining 3pm in 2013 and becoming a Partner in 2017, James has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects and programmes through collaborative leadership, trusted client relationships and a pragmatic approach to project delivery.
James leads the firm's Data & Technology, Science and Higher Education sector teams, alongside several key client accounts. He is responsible for driving project delivery excellence across these markets while overseeing core business functions including finance, operations, recruitment, resourcing, quality and environmental management.

His experience spans large-scale developments across the UK and Australia, including data centres, sciences, higher education, hospitality, commercial, retail and residential sectors. He has extensive expertise in project delivery, procurement and contract strategy, with significant experience working in live, regulated and operational environments.

James holds degrees in Commerce and Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) with the APM. He remains actively involved in the profession as an APM Panel Assessor, Sustainability Network member, APM representative on the Construction Industry Council Climate Change Committee, and a member of the Urban Land Institute's Life Sciences & Healthcare Product Council.
