We are providing project management and project controls services for the expansion of a mission-critical AI data centre in Northern Europe. The project forms part of a wider high-performance computing programme and is being delivered within an existing operational campus, requiring careful coordination of new infrastructure, live-site interfaces and future operational requirements.

Our role includes establishing the delivery strategy, governance and reporting arrangements; coordinating the multidisciplinary consultant, contractor and specialist technology teams; and managing programme, risk, procurement, commercial and stakeholder interfaces. Particular focus is placed on maintaining operational continuity for existing customers, accelerating design decisions and ensuring that the facility can accommodate evolving high-density computing and cooling requirements.

The project combines modular construction and complex technical integration within a challenging remote environment. Through structured programme controls, clear accountability and proactive interface management, we are supporting the client in delivering a scalable, energy-efficient facility while protecting all commercially sensitive project, customer and technology information.
