Conor is a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex projects across sectors including Central Government, security, private residential, higher education and commercial fit out. Originally trained as an architect, he is an ARB-registered and RIBA Chartered Architect. His passion for project management stems from a desire to deliver exceptional projects that create lasting value for clients and end users.

Conor joined 3pm Project Management in April 2026 and works closely with clients to deliver complex capital projects. He is currently supporting major university clients, leading the delivery of laboratories and sports facilities. Drawing on his architectural background, he brings strong design management expertise and an ability to bridge the gap between design teams, stakeholders and project delivery.
