Our business was specifically established to provide a personal yet professional service, and we continue to evolve to adapt our services by listening to our clients’ needs and providing tailored advice specific to the business needs of each.
Our ethos and culture is underpinned by trust, honesty and diligence to create a collaborative environment with our industry colleagues based on mutual respect. We continue to partner with the best in the industry to form specialist, cohesive teams in order to provide high performance solutions for our mutual clients.

Creativity

Project Management is not usually associated with creativity, as it is traditionally the preserve of the design contingent within project teams. At 3PM creativity means that we will always look to develop solutions that can be explained in a variety of styles, forms and outputs, all of which are tailored for the audience rather than just delivering what can sometimes be a routine answer.
We use tools and techniques that we have developed to ensure the advice we are providing can be understood by all and can be implemented in a number of ways to achieve the same result.
At 3PM we take the strategic view of all commissions to identify where opportunities lie to add value and act as the catalyst by bringing together the best teams for our clients. We spend time looking at what the client needs; asking why they need what they have asked for and what behaviours and skills are best suited to deliver the need they have of the team.
We feel that our expertise and the way we deliver complex scenarios is our differentiation from the established traditions and perceptions of Project Management execution.
