Delving into the detail to model the impact of key issues and events on the constraints of time and cost.
Creating a flexible plan, which then develops in line with the greater level of detail available and then monitoring achieved progress against the plan to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Application of specific techniques to enhance our understanding of the time & cost constraints.
The identification of uncertain (+ve / -ve) events, determining their resultant impact on the base constraints and developing mitigation strategies.
The establishment of procedures and tools to check and monitor the contractual parties’ obligations.
Acting in accordance with the contracted roles as an independent agent for our clients under the JCT contract forms.
Acting as the main conduit between the Client parties and the professional teams on behalf of the Client team.
Allocation of key interim staff to act directly under the direction of our clients for a defined period and /or role.
The creation of clear monitor able investment plans for the delivery of the Client business vision in line with the specific identifiable constraints, best practice and our clients’ governance protocols.
Focussing on the financial & contractual aspects, driving our enhanced value in collaboration with the wider team.
Engagement with the wider stakeholder body to create the culture that enables planning for handover from day 1 and facilitates a seamless handover from construction to operations.
Overview of strategy, testing against best practice & provision of reports to the required audience.
Establishment of corrective actions to maximise the opportunities available and refocus the teams as required.
Management of the wider statutory planning & development processes & procedures to secure delivery in line with the established investment criteria.
Liaison with all stakeholders (including Landlords & Tenants) in the identification of needs of the wider community and the alignment with the needs of the development.
Provision of supporting evidence in grant & funding applications, due diligence advice & alignment of project strategy with funders’ constraints.
