The vision
The development of 6,470m2 6-storey academic extension building for Camberwell College of Art, and a new part-5 and part-10 storey 264-bed Halls of Residence building incorporating a new Learning Zone, located on the enlarged College site.

The existing Camberwell College of Art site at 45-65 Peckham Road has been expanded via the purchase of adjacent land in conjunction with developers Hollybrook LTD.
The Developer, Hollybrook has constructed the Halls of Residence as a turn-key project, and provided the shell and core to the Academic extension.
